Cancellation & Returns

Within 24 Hours of Purchase:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours.  0% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment processor. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours:

Cancellation is still possible after 24 hours, but only partially refundable:

Shipping fees will be fully refunded.

Product cost will be refunded at 50% of the paid amount, using the original payment method.

Custom Orders:

Orders for custom products, such as COM (Customer’s Own Material) or custom-sized items, are not eligible for cancellation or refund once confirmed.
