To make things simple, we divide the world into three shipping zones: Asia, Europe & UK, and Americas. Shipping fees are calculated based on your order value and destination.

Asia （within 7 days）

• £5 flat rate for orders under £100
• Free shipping for orders £100 and above

Europe & UK（7-10 days）

• £5 flat rate for orders under £100
• Free shipping for orders £100 and above

Americas (USA, Canada, etc. 10-15 days）

• £10 flat rate for orders under £300
• Free shipping for orders £300 and above

Other Countries

For destinations outside these regions, shipping fees vary depending on your location and the products in your order. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellation & Returns

Within 24 Hours of Purchase:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours.  0% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment processor. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours:

Cancellation is still possible after 24 hours, but only partially refundable:

Shipping fees will be fully refunded.

Product cost will be refunded at 50% of the paid amount, using the original payment method.

Custom Orders:

Orders for custom products, such as COM (Customer’s Own Material) or custom-sized items, are not eligible for cancellation or refund once confirmed.
